0545 to 0645 meeting in Solstice - all participants to pick up a bib and sign release of Liability and get lift ticket
0700 Load buses and depart SAT at 0745
Arrive at Start at Snider 0830
Race starts at 0830
1100 begin Kirkwood side slow sweep from Cookie 1 down to start and complete sweep by snowmobile. Escort skiers down to bus that will leave Snider at 1200 back to Sierra
2PM to 430 PM racers arrive on Plaza for awards.
Host and employee BBQ starts at 1PM until 4PM.
